Kurt D. Ebersbach has successfully represented individuals, business entities, and non-profit associations in connection with environmental matters in state, federal, and administrative courts.  As a former City Attorney, he has a comprehensive understanding of the direct environmental effects of land use policies and practices.  He has litigated land use matters, including challenges of permits issued under the Clean Water Act and Georgia's Coastal Marshlands Protection Act, as well as claims for property damage and personal injury arising from environmental contamination.  He is a certified mediator, with experience resolving a wide array of civil matters.
